Your airline holds a call (image) which splits itself on both target groups Business and Economy and can vary between countries. This means that you enjoy a good call in Europe with the Economy Class, but the Economy Class in America has an absolutely different opinion.

The image value consists of following subitems: Costs, services, comfort, punctuality, fame and security. The target groups value these points differently, also between the countries! So service can play a bigger role in Europe than in Africa.
